2. Consent Agenda All items listed below are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted with one motion. There will be no separate discussion of the items unless a Commissioner or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered in its normal sequence. Approval of the consent agenda authorizes the Development Services Director to place each item on the City Council agenda in accordance with the Planning and Zoning Commission's recommendations. » - A. Final Plat of Mountain Valley Lake, Tract D, Phase 1, Lots 1-24, Open Space Lot 25x, Block 30, Lot 1-9, Block 31, Lots 1-13, Block 32, Open Space Lot 1x, Block 33, Lots 1-16, Open Space Lot 17x, Lots 18-22, Block 34 located at the intersection of Clubhouse Drive and CR 802 within the City of Burleson (Case 20-052). C. Final Plat of East Park Addition, Lots 1-15, Block 1, with the approximate address of 3433 East Renfro Street, within the Extra Territorial Jurisdiction of the City of Burleson. (Case 20-091) D. Replat of Stampede Harley Addition, Block A, Lots 1R1 and 1R2 addressed as 240 N. Burleson Boulevard located northeast of the intersection of Stampede Drive and North Burleson Boulevard (Case 20-103). E. Consider and approve Planning and Zoning Commission meeting dates for 2021.
