2. Consent Agenda All items listed below are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted with one motion. There will be no separate discussion of the items unless a Commissioner or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered in its normal sequence. C. Final Plat of East Park Addition, Lots 1-15, Block 1, with the approximate address of 3433 East Renfro Street, within the Extra Territorial Jurisdiction of the City of Burleson. (Case 20-091) D. Replat of Stampede Harley Addition, Block A, Lots 1R1 and 1R2 addressed as 240 N.
