Item 2 - Variance to the required six-foot (6’) wide rear yard accessory building setback
from the main structure as established in paragraph (c)(1) of Section 132-115,
“Accessory building and structure yard regulations,” in Article V - Supplemental
Regulations, of Appendix B - Zoning, Part II - Code of Ordinances, City of
Burleson. The purpose of this request is to enable the construction of an
accessory storage structure adjacent to the main structure in the rear portion of
the property. The subject property is zoned “SF-7” Single Family – Seven district
and is located at 1158 Litchfield Lane. (Case 13-054)
