1. Attending the Planning & Zoning Commission meeting in response to COVID-19 The public will be able to join and participate in the meeting by video conference and phone. Online via Zoom: Go to zoom.us, Join a Meeting, and enter Meeting ID 6114974473 and the host will allow you to enter the virtual meeting. In Person at City Hall: The public is welcome to come to City Hall and view the meeting in the Council Chambers. By phone: Please call 888-475-4499 and enter Meeting ID 6114974473. Meeting Speaker Protocol in response to COVID-19 A member of the public who would like to address the commission and/or ask a question may do so via the following options: Online via Zoom: Go to zoom.us, Join a Meeting, and enter Meeting ID 6114974473 and the host will allow you to enter the virtual meeting. The host will ask you what item you would like to speak on, and you will be called upon when that item is presented to address the planning & zoning commission. 2. Consent Agenda All items listed below are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted with one motion. There will be no separate discussion of the items unless a Commissioner or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered in its normal sequence. Approval of the consent agenda authorizes the Development Services Director to place each item on the City Council agenda in accordance with the Planning and Zoning Commission's recommendations. » - A. Approve the minutes from August 11, 2020 Planning & Zoning Commission meeting. B. Final plat of Finley Place Addition, Lot 1, Block 1, located at 535 Memorial Plaza within the Burleson City Limits. Public Hearing » - A. 620 SW Wilshire Boulevard located behind the northern corner of Hobby Lobby (Case 19-082): Hold a public hearing and consider a specific use permit (SUP) to allow a monopole antenna facility (telecommunication tower).
